After hundreds of hours of research and experimentation, Craig is now showing people in our industry how to utilise AI tools and LLMs. Looking at the entire arc of the experimentation cycle, Craig will show you where LLMs (like ChatGPT) can assist with task level automation and scaling. Craig will share prompting approaches, frameworks and tips on how to drive GPT and other tools. You’ll also learn what the tasks are that AI tools are good at – and why these should be integrated into your experimentation process and workflow. Most of all, you’ll leave with knowledge of where you can take this back to work and start using your AI buddy, to increase velocity and quality of testing.
You’ll need to bring a laptop for this session to run live queries. You’ll also need to be signed up for a paid account with GPT – please see chat.openai.com for signup instructions. You don’t need to have any previous experience with GPT but everyone will learn something from this session. We will walk through a problem, solution, hypothesis cycle with you – using a real business or customer problem that you bring along for the workshop.
