Lola Hylander

My name is Lola and I work as a Junior Growth Strategist alongside Daphne at Growth Waves. My background is in History and Politics but I’ve recently taken to the World of Growth because I’m passionate about new, exciting products that help people while also being kind to the planet. In Growth, every day is different. One day I might be reporting on sales and ads, creating a landing page the next day, then helping write a newsletter to finish off the week. I love how fast-paced and unpredictable the role is because it means I get to try out all kinds of new stuff every day! When I’m not serving as Daphne’s right-hand-man, you’ll probably find me immersed in music (playing, listening, dancing), watching a history doc or training for my next half-marathon (Daphne is my coach!)
